Your Journey:
Trust rituals:
Connect with others in meaningful activities that support community.
Movement:
Gradually, we’ll awaken your body with movement activities for yourself and with others that inspire the dynamic energy to come.
Live Dance Music:
Combining dub EDM with ethnic instruments and tribal energies, let loose on the dance floor to an electrifying live set. I’ll be guiding you through the pulsating beats, and together, we’ll let our spirits soar.
Soundscape Meditation:
As we wind down, I’ll guide you through a soothing soundscape meditation, carefully designed to bring you back to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. This final moment will allow you to integrate the energy and insights from the evening, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
