Cycling to Bellbunya is possible for experienced cyclists only who are comfortable with sharing the road with trucks on rural roads with, at times, narrow shoulders. It is possible to cycle from and to Nambour and Cooroy train stations. For more information on possible routes and timing please contact us.
To get to Bellbunya from Brisbane Airport you can take trains from there to Eumundi although the service is more frequent if you go Nambour and then a bus to Eumundi. See available services at http://translink.com.au/. No booking is needed if you catch the trains and buses.
When you arrive at the bus stop near Eumundi Post Office, you can walk down the main street and wait at the Berkolouw Bookshop cafe. Eumundi is about 12kms from Bellbunya. Let us know in advance and we may be able to arrange a meet-and-greet service.

From Brisbane follow the Bruce Highway north and take the Eumundi Kenilworth exit #224. Drive 11 km towards Kenilworth and immediately after passing over Belli Creek Bridges 1 and 2 (Bridge 2 has a new sign saying “Belli Creek – Murray’s Flat Crossing”), turn right into Browns Road.
From the north (Gympie, Rockhampton) follow the Bruce Highway south to the Eumundi Kenilworth exit #224 and turn right at the roundabout to go over the highway. Turn right again at the Kenilworth Rd intersection and follow the directions above.
