Early arrival, late departure: Individuals or the whole group are welcome to arrive before 2pm or depart after midday for a fees. Please be sure to let us know on the form or well in advance. $10 per person for early arrival or late departure.
Bellbunya can provide a caterer at $115 per person per day
or $140 per person if groups of 10 or less.
Your group may book the commercial kitchen to prepare your own meals provided relevant food safety requirements can be met.
The maximum number of conference guests: Our dining room and conference hall can seat around 50 people.
Accommodation for about 16 people (shared) is available.. A small number of extra beds may be available for short time periods (extra set-up cost).

Cancellation Policy for Retreat Coordinators:
A non refundable deposit of $200 is provided to confirm a booking.
Catering deposit: 50% 4 weeks prior to booking (non refundable)
Full payment is due 7 days prior to booking
Accommodation: 50% 4 weeks prior to booking (non refundable)
Full payment is due 7 days prior to booking
If full money is not paid then booking can be terminated by Bellbunya.
There will be no refund unless and until the faciliites are re- let for the total duration of the original booking with a fee of $200 AUD.
Day use only of the Hall, Dining and Kitchen can be booked.
