Conference Packages from $65 per person per night.
For use of accommodation, hall and dining room/kitchen, the charge is:
$25 per person per day
Day-users (i.e. excluding overnight accommodation), or
$65per person per night
Twin share/ double/multi occupancy rooms (arr. after 3 pm, leave by 3 pm ***), or
$80 per person per night
Single occupancy room (arr. after 3 pm***)
Our per-person rate is based on two or more nights stay
…and includes the use of our guest facilities, including the conference hall, dining room and commercial kitchen. (add $10 per person for one night stay) Bed linen is provided with rooms but beds are not made up and towels are not provided (unless you choose the Deluxe option**).
Bellbunya can provide a caterer at $65 per person per day.
This cost is handled completely separately to the accommodation and facilities charges. Your group may use the commercial kitchen to prepare your own meals provided relevant food safety requirements can be met (refundable kitchen deposit and small per person charge apply).
- A minimum charge of $520/day applies to all conference group bookings giving a minimum group size of 8 people (see rooms available).
- If your group is smaller than this, the tariff will be the same charge.
ie groups may be smaller but the cost will be as for 8 people (note catering costs Step 8), or at Community Life Experience rates and catering would not be available.
- **Deluxe option: For something a little more special for your group, you can choose to have full linen (including towels) and beds made up. $15 per person once off cost.
- ***Early arrival, late departure: If individuals or the whole group would like to arrive before 2 pm or leave after 4 pm you’re welcome. Please be sure to let us know on the form or well in advance. $10 per person for early arrival or late departure.
- The maximum number of conference guests: Our dining room and conference hall can seat around 50 people. Overnight accommodation for about 16 people (shared) is available in our rooms. A small number of extra beds may be available for short time periods (extra set-up cost).

Cancellation Policy for Retreat Coordinators:
A $200 deposit is provided to confirm a booking.
Full money is owing 7 days prior to booking and is non refundable. If full money is not paid then booking can be terminated by Bellbunya.
There will be no refund unless and until the faciliites are re- let for the total duration of the original booking with an administration fee of $80 AUD.
Day use only of the Hall, Dining and Kitchen may be available. POA.
